Who We Are...

Archdiocese of Baltimore Mission: Catholic schools in the Archdiocese of Baltimore provide a Christ-centered education that is academically excellent and empowers students to reach their full potential – spiritually, intellectually, physically, socially, and morally.Fostered through robust collaboration among all stakeholders, the mission is accomplished through accountable leadership at all levels, ongoing and coordinated strategic planning, centralized efficiencies, and financial sustainability.

John Paul Regional School’s Mission: John Paul Regional Catholic School (JPRCS) serves the parish of St. Gabriel and members of surrounding communities who seek a spiritually based educational program.  JPRCS promotes a sense of community and family where students feel safe and welcomed.  The word and spirit of the gospel are modeled daily by administrators, teachers, and staff promoting positive relationships between themselves and students.  The school strives to develop the whole child through a curriculum, based on nationally recognized standards in education.  Guided by the teachings of the Catholic Church, our mission is to encourage our children to become morally responsible and intellectually mature members of society.

Vision Statement: The school, in cooperation with St. Gabriel parish, provides students with school liturgies and worship services, prayer services, daily prayer, Mass choir, as well as daily instruction in the Catholic faith tradition. Student retreats and social outreach opportunities are also provided. JPRCS has a rich tradition of service outreach programs which include St. Jude Math-A-Thon, Jump Rope for the Heart, food drives with St. Gabriel parish, Hat and Mitten Collection for the needy, as well as collections for worthy causes. Truly JPRCS provides a program aimed at educating the whole child: spiritually, academically, physically, and socially.
