Registration Information & Uniforms

Registration
You must register in person Monday through Friday between 9:00am and 2:00pm. Please contact Amanda Liptrap for an appointment (410)944-0367. 

PLEASE BRING:

  1. Your child’s birth certificate
  2. Your child’s baptismal certificate (if Catholic)
  3. Your child’s immunization records
  4. Your child’s latest report card and standardized test scores (grades 2-8)
  5. Two (2) recommendations (grades 2-8) (included in registration packet)
  6. Completed school records request (included in registration packet)
  7. Medical examination required before first day of school (Forms to be given at time of registration)
  8. Completed registration form including signed policy statement
  9. Student Fees (listed below)          
Testing
Testing for new students entering K-8 is required.  Your child must be registered in order to be tested.  A fee of $140.00 is due at time of testing.  This is a non-refundable fee.
Eligibility for the 2016-2017 School Year
 
Pre-K and Kindergarten
  • Pre-K(3) Children must be 3 before September 1,2016
  • Pre-K(4) Children must be 4 before September 1,2016
  • Kindergarten children must be 5 before September 1,2016
Pre-K(3) and Pre-K(4)
  • All students must be toilet trained to enter the class in August
  • All health and immunization records must be up to date.

*$140.00 is due at the testing appointment or initial registration for students entering K-8th.  This is a non-refundable fee.
**$235.00 (remainder of student fees) must be paid by the first month of tuition for the child to begin school.  This fee is also non-refundable.

 ***P3 & P4 STUDENTS ONLY- $350.00 is due at time of registration.  Student fees are non-refundable.

Uniforms 
**THE UNIFORM POLICY WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED.  IF STUDENTS ARE NOT IN COMPLETE UNIFORM, THEY WILL RECEIVE A DETENTION.**
