EXTENDED SCHOOL PROGRAM GRADES P3-8

2016-2017

 

Fee Structure:

 

Before School       7:00 a.m. to school opening        $140.00 due monthly (2 children $210.00 monthly)

After School         school closing to 6:00 p.m.          $180.00 due monthly (2 children $270.00 monthly)

Before & After      7:00 am to 6:00 pm                       $250.00 due monthly (2 children $375.00 monthly)

 YOU WILL RECEIVE AN INVOICE MONTHLY FOR THIS SERVICE INCLUDED WITH YOUR REGULAR TUITION INVOICE.  THE FIRST PAYMENT IS DUE SEPTEMBER 5.     

  

                 Daily          before school only            $12.00 per day (2 children $18.00 per day)

                                    after school only              $18.00 per day (2 children $27.00 per day)

 YOU WILL BE BILLED ON A MONTHLY BASIS (AFTER THE FACT) FOR THIS DAILY DROP-IN SERVICE.

  

                 Overtime      before 7 a.m./after 6 p.m.      see below

 AN OVERTIME CHARGE WILL BE ASSESSED PER CHILD FOR ANY TIME AFTER 6 P.M.  THE CHARGE IS $10.00 FOR THE FIRST 15 MINUTES OR ANY PORTION THEREOF AND $5.00 FOR EVERY 5 MINUTES AFTER THE FIRST 15 MINUTES.  THIS MUST BE PAID IN CASH AT THE TIME OF PICK-UP.  THIS PROCEDURE WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED.

 

Schedule:

 The annual calendar indicates dates when extended school will be closed.

Unscheduled cancellations may occur due to inclement weather.  The school follows the Baltimore County Public School system for delayed openings/early closings due to weather conditions. The school will also contact parents using Connect 5, our mass notification service.

 Other unscheduled cancellations may occur due to a problem unique to our school.  In such instances, parents/guardians will be notified.

 Registration:

 Registration for the before/after school program is required.  You will be billed  monthly.
